Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in CS/IT, 10+ years in financial services, 5+ years in IT management, and CISSP/CISA certifications. You will chair IT Steering Committee and collaborate with risk and regulatory teams to strengthen resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/IT or related field.
• Ten years of financial services experience.
• Five years IT management experience.
• CISSP and CISA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct Bank's Information Technology function.
• Manage vendor relationships with data service providers and third parties.
• Develop IT budget with IT Committee and secure equipment.
• Ensure IT Strategic Plan supports company-wide goals.
• Plan, deploy and maintain IT systems and operations.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Oversee network and system implementations.
• Oversee disaster recovery operations.
• Monitor IT trends and emerging technologies.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments.
• Monitor threats and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Educate employees and foster security awareness.
• Chair IT Steering Committee and participate in ERM.
• Direct reports include Director of Information Technology.
