Qualifications

• Ability to perform moderately complex tasks with compliance to regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients to identify and fulfill deposit, loan, and credit needs, guiding them through relevant options and facilitating account openings and applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients’ short- and long-term goals, utilizing in-depth product knowledge.
• Recognize opportunities for cross-selling additional bank services, making referrals to appropriate partners.
• Conduct regular outreach to clients and prospects, promoting tailored financial solutions.
• Support sales initiatives by coaching colleagues and contributing to a high-performance sales culture.
• Deliver excellent client experiences, resolve issues efficiently, and support operational tasks such as transaction processing and compliance.
• Assist with operational activities, including training, vault responsibilities, and ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
