Loyola University New Orleans is seeking an AVP of Enrollment Management to oversee recruitment territory management, application reading, admissions marketing, and staff development.

The AVP will represent the university to prospective students and families, coordinate strategic recruitment plans, and ensure strong collaboration across admissions, financial aid, and outreach programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent knowledge and skills required.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in admissions, enrollment management, or secondary-school counseling.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to large groups and individuals.
• Willingness to travel and represent the university at events and visits.

Responsabilités

• Manages the admissions recruitment team (territory managers and staff).
• Develops and evaluates annual undergraduate recruitment plan and reports.
• Works with Leadership Team to foster cooperation among staff.
• Coordinates training and professional development of staff.
• Develops bi-annual planning retreats for the admissions staff.
• Manages the application reading and review process and decision approvals.
