Job summary

Metrea Special Management LLC in the United States is seeking a Fleet and Asset Planner to lead long-range forecasting and tracking of the C/KC-135 fleets, ensuring maintenance program compliance while maximizing aircraft availability.

You will coordinate with Maintenance Planning and cross-functional teams, develop work scopes for heavy maintenance, and drive fleet scheduling and performance analysis to optimize assets and readiness.

Qualifications

5+ years in aviation maintenance operations.
Experience with KC-135 operations.
Proficient in predictive, preventive, and prescriptive maintenance.
Experience with aviation maintenance software platforms.
Database management and aviation regulatory compliance.
Project management and cross-functional coordination.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with planners to execute long-range strategies and integrate new aircraft into service.
Review maintenance records and determine phase-in requirements for new aircraft.
Develop long-range forecasts for aircraft performance with PMMs and SMEs.
Develop fleet scheduling and rotation plans to meet program needs.
Coordinate aircraft availability planning with Technical Services and Operations.
Analyze fleet utilization to maximize aircraft and major assets.
Monitor and adjust maintenance forecasts to meet airworthiness requirements.
Assist in defining work scopes for heavy maintenance and major components.
