Job summary

NAPA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our auto parts team in Kingston, PA. You will own the P&L, drive growth, and build a high-performing crew delivering checkered-flag levels of customer care in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will identify new revenue opportunities, manage inventory, and ensure store safety and appearance while implementing process improvements. A passion for automotive parts and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for delivering customer care and building long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels and seasonal shifts.
• Personal drive, self-motivation and initiative to meet business goals.
• Customer focus and high energy in fast-paced stores.
• Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalog systems.
• Experience in automotive/parts retail environments and strong team ethos.
• ASE Certifications or equivalent credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store.

• Assist outside sales in developing and maintaining wholesale accounts.
