Qualifikationen

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong commitment to customer care and building relationships.
• Knowledge of inventory controls and seasonal stock shifts is a plus.
• Self-motivation and initiative to achieve business goals.
• Customer-focused and energetic in fast-paced stores.
• Ability to operate a cash register and use basic computer/paper catalog systems.
• Background in automotive/heavy equipment/retail a plus.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
