Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Private Label - Dealer Relationship Manager in Auto Finance to motivate new and existing auto dealers to use Subaru Motors Finance in Seattle.

The DRM will manage and expand relationships with automotive dealers, focusing on full dealer service needs including retail services, commercial services and treasury solutions, collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial services.

Qualifications

• Underwriting and sales experience in auto finance.
• Proven people management skills with the ability to influence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing a sales territory.
• 3+ years of indirect auto finance industry experience.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and dealerships.
• Strong sales presentation skills to motivate clients.
• Knowledge of indirect finance products (retail/lease).
• Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
• Willing to travel locally daily.

Responsibilities

• Sign up dealers to programs in the local market and train dealers on contracts.
• Interface between dealerships and Dealer Service Center where credit decisions are made.
• Monitor dealer performance metrics such as efficiency ratios and delinquency.
• Increase market share and attain volume plan at acceptable levels.
• Train dealers on all consumer and commercial products.
• Achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to offer commercial financing solutions with treasury management in partnership with commercial bankers.
• Manage a customer/dealer base of 18 locations.
