Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of one year experience in Purchasing, Sales, Quality Control, or Engineering.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Solid knowledge of supply chain management.
• Proven negotiation skills based on logic and data.
• Ability to manage cost and budgets.
• Experience managing customer/supplier relationships.
• Ability to develop and present concise proposals.
• Basic math skills and strong analytical ability.
• Proficient with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and purchase automotive components for new model trials.
• Select suppliers to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain clear communications with suppliers regarding design changes for trials and mass production.
• Issue supplier documents: contracts, forecasts, RFQs, and related letters.
• Develop, approve, and execute purchasing strategies for assigned commodities and suppliers.
• Achieve cost targets through supplier selection and negotiation.
• Maintain supplier relationship management and documentation (Q-Pulse).
• Communicate with suppliers on RFQ, orders, pricing, and terms.
• Assist in developing products with suppliers during new model events.
