Qualifications

Responsibilities

Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to middle market clients.
Lead fieldwork, manage timely delivery, and ensure quality service and client satisfaction.
Provide financial statement guidance, business insights, and recommendations based on testing and information gathered.
Oversee staffing, billings/collections, and maintain client profitability targets.
Develop team members through Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy and leadership.
