Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to middle market clients.
• Engage with clients year-round to understand goals and challenges.
• Test internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Manage fieldwork to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business insights from testing.
• Support staffing, billing and profitability targets on engagements.
• Develop junior staff through mentorship and our development programs.
