Adecco Group is seeking a Legal Search Executive Recruiter to drive full lifecycle recruitment for attorney roles across law firms and corporate legal departments. You will partner with clients to define objectives, craft tailored recruiting strategies, and build a robust candidate pipeline.

Ideal candidates will have a Juris Doctor, strong communication skills, and the ability to establish strategic client relationships while navigating employment law considerations and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Source and interview attorney candidates for law firms and corporate legal departments.
• Conduct cold-calling to market candidates and services to clients.
• Develop and maintain a candidate network and client accounts.
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
