This role involves designing and improving a comprehensive curriculum focused on legal skills and professional development. The Senior Manager will oversee various training initiatives, manage coaching programs, and lead compliance in CLE.

The position is hybrid with required travel, offering a competitive salary range in Colorado of $138,450 to $218,880 annually along with a variety of benefits including health insurance and an annual discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five to eight years of manager-level experience in attorney professional development.
• Substantial experience in lawyer professional development within a law firm environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support firmwide developmental academies and attorney training initiatives.
• Manage coaching and mentoring programs for new and lateral attorneys.
• Provide oversight of firmwide CLE, including compliance and tracking.
