Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Analyst, Assortment Planning to serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to the Merchandising Organization. You will lead category reviews and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize assortment strategies across departments.

You will partner with Merchants, create executive-level presentations, and contribute to financial planning and performance insights that shape category decisions across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience communicating to leadership.
• 2+ years partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead category reviews (Rapid Business Reviews, PLRs, Quick Hits, Post Reset Reviews) and present findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with Merchants to set goals, analyze performance drivers, and develop financial plans.
