Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education is seeking an Associate Director of Programs to lead the planning and operations for high-touch open enrollment and custom programs, working with faculty and corporate clients to deliver impactful Executive Education offerings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant experience, strong budgeting and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and operations for on-campus and blended open enrollment and custom programs.
• Implement and evaluate day-to-day activities, allocating resources to achieve program goals.
• Support senior faculty to redesign programs based on market needs and client feedback.
• Develop outreach strategies and manage client relationships and communications.
• May oversee budgets and provide financial reporting and forecasting.
• Assess training needs and may develop related training.
• Demonstrate strong subject-matter knowledge.
