Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Five to seven years of undergraduate admissions or enrollment management experience.
• Four+ years in higher education management with recruitment focus.
• Proven ability to supervise and coach staff.
• Experience with CRM or SIS and data-driven recruitment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; public speaking skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day implementation of undergraduate recruitment strategy.
• Supervise Admissions Counselors/Recruiters and set performance goals.
• Manage recruitment territories, travel, and outreach plans.
• Monitor pipelines, conversion, and yield with data analyses.
• Develop counselor engagement activities and school relationships.
• Plan events, reports, and campus programs for prospective students.
• Collaborate with Enrollment leadership to meet targets.
