Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight years' related experience required.
• Doctorate or terminal degree (EdD, MD, PhD) highly preferred.
• 8-10 years of leadership in higher education enrollment management, admissions, or student affairs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee mission-aligned admissions frameworks and evaluation policies.
• Co-chair Admissions Selection Committee and cast deciding vote on borderline admissions.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies.
• Direct Admissions Office operations and Welcome Center staff.
• Lead recruitment and outreach initiatives and cultivate feeder programs.
• Collaborate with central offices to align admissions strategies with priorities.
• Oversee admissions technology, data management, and analytics to support enrollment decisions.
• Safeguard data integrity, privacy, and accuracy of admissions records.
• Act as liaison to national organizations and represent the institution in partnerships.
• Advise pre-health, pre-graduate, and medical school applicants on pathways.
• Demonstrate knowledge of MD/PA admissions practices and data-driven enrollment strategies.
