Qualifications

3+ years of relevant legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
Foundational experience in commercial contracting, litigation, and/or transactional matters.
Basic understanding of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and competition/antitrust concepts.

Responsibilities

Act as legal contact for sales, procurement, finance, operations, and HR.
Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements.
Support litigation and dispute matters with document collection and stakeholder coordination.
Partner with business teams on commercial disputes and regulatory inquiries.
