Corbion is seeking a Legal Counsel for North America, based in Lenexa, KS. This hybrid role involves providing legal support across various business units, focusing on commercial contracting, dispute resolution, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Foundational experience in commercial contracting, litigation, and/or transactional matters.
• Basic understanding of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and competition/antitrust concepts.

Responsibilities

• Act as legal contact for sales, procurement, finance, operations, and HR.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements.
• Support litigation and dispute matters with document collection and stakeholder coordination.
• Partner with business teams on commercial disputes and regulatory inquiries.
