Job summary

Walton Arts Center is seeking an Associate Chief Financial Officer to guide long-term financial health across Walton Arts Center, Walmart AMP, and affiliated entities. You will translate complex data into strategic decisions, working closely with the CFO, Director of Finance, and senior leadership.

The role emphasizes planning, risk management, governance, and executive support, while partnering with HR and external partners to advance the organization’s mission and growth.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related discipline.
• Minimum of eight years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience at an executive level.
• Experience presenting financial information to executives, Finance Committees, and boards.
• GAAP knowledge and nonprofit financial management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and long-range planning.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to measure organizational performance.
• Provide executive oversight of financial operations and internal controls.
• Support governance, audits, Form 990, grants compliance, and regulatory reporting.
