FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Tempe, AZ to lead daily store operations alongside the Store Manager. You will coach and develop staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and help drive sales and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage inventory and POS systems, and a flexible retail schedule. Compensation includes hourly pay with commission and performance bonuses, plus employee discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
