Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule (including weekends).
• Cash handling experience and basic math accuracy.
• Ability to supervise others and work with firearms/certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-focused service and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Train pawnbrokers and develop team members to FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company channels.
• Open and close the store, manage cash and assets.
• Oversee inventory, loans, merchandising, and store reporting.
• Analyze store financials to drive profitability and meet goals.
• Ensure adherence to FirstCash operating standards.
