Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development, Merchandising.
• Experience in multi-store and omni channel retail; Merchandising, Supply Chain, and/or Marketing experience; 3+ years.

Responsibilities

• Assist in category planning and execution to achieve company goals.
• Support vendor negotiations and assortment selection, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze historical data, current trends, and competitor pricing to forecast sales and inventory.
• Mentor Level I and II Assistant Merchants; participate in onboarding/training.
