Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development or Merchandising preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of financial plans and business strategy.
• Analyze historical data, current trends, and competitor pricing to forecast sales and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendor partners.
• Balance workload priorities to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Assist in proprietary product development, pricing structures, and marketing strategy.
• Assist Merchant and Product Development with product specs, sourcing, forecasting.
