Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred; Associate’s degree with financial aid/financial analyst background is required.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills are imperative.
• Ability to interpret and apply policy in daily work is essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with a diverse team of faculty and staff.

Responsibilities

• Award and manage all School of Nursing scholarships following institutional, state, and federal requirements.
• Work with School of Nursing faculty to manage Graduate Assistant hiring and payment.
• Communicate financial aid information to prospective and current students through email, phone, and in-person and virtual presentations.
• Write and maintain reports to meet compliance for grants and funding sources for recruitment, enrollment, student scholarships, and financial aid.
• Advise students, faculty, and staff on financial aid and scholarship policies.
• Collaborate with Development and Alumni office and school finance personnel to steward all awards.
• Connect students with appropriate financial aid and finance related resources.
