Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Two years of financial aid or student services experience required; policy interpretation essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in awarding and managing scholarships in line with requirements.
• Communicate financial aid information to prospective and current students via multiple channels.
• Maintain compliance reports for grants, funding sources, and recruitment.
• Advise students, faculty, and staff on financial aid policies.
• Collaborate with Development, Alumni, and school finance to steward awards.
• Schedule recruitment events and manage GA hiring/pay processes.
