Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years in management of projects and programs related to the job.
• Master’s degree may substitute for up to two years non-management experience.
• Experience in budgeting, public policy, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, execution, and evaluation of arts programs citywide.
• Assists Director with budgeting, goals, and program alignment to city priorities.
• Directs divisions, staff, and programs for efficient service delivery.
• Prepares operating and capital budgets and identifies funding opportunities.
• Represents department at city meetings and with community organizations.
