Job summary

MediaRadar, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations and drive scalable processes in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will oversee GAAP-compliant financial reporting, collaborate with RevOps and Sales, and mentor the accounting team while partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. The role emphasizes internal controls, cross-functional process improvements, and the potential for M&A integration work, with a focus on data accuracy across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in a senior/lead role.
• Experience in high-growth, private-equity backed SaaS businesses.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency close processes across countries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, revenue recognition, billing, and AR/AP.
• Support monthly financial statements and FP&A analysis with timely reporting.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure policy compliance.
• Support ERP implementation and process improvements; drive AI-enabled automation across accounting.
• Lead accounting workstreams for M&A integrations and post-closing performance measurement.
