Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience post-graduation, with public and private experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accrual-basis accounting.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel features.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control financial data in Oracle NetSuite.
• Perform full-cycle month-end close, preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
• Build and maintain financial dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis on the P&L.
• Coordinate with external auditors for financial statements.
• Prepare financial reports for tax professionals.
• Assist with forecasting and expense management.
• Supervise the AP Associate.
