Job summary

The position will assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics, and drive month-end and year-end processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business/finance, 5–10 years of accounting experience, and strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• 5-10 years of accounting experience including journal entries, budgets, forecasts, financial analysis and close processes.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close; ability to prepare and review financial statements.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to review commission calculations; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy.
• Assist CFO and leadership with annual budgets, forecasts and performance analysis.
• Develop and communicate sales commissions plans and related tooling.
• Maintain fixed asset records including depreciation and disposals; manage financial records.
