Job summary

Walmart in Magnolia, AR seeks an Asset Protection and Loss Prevention leader to safeguard assets, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise hourly associates, train teams, and implement storewide processes to protect inventory and improve store performance.

Responsibilities include investigations, safety programs, receiving operations, and collaborating with store leadership to execute profitable business initiatives. Strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college.
• 1 year’s experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment.
• 1 year’s experience in accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention/asset protection in a multi-department environment.
• 2 years’ experience in asset protection or related area.
• Successful completion of applicable state requirements to work in asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation including pricing and signing.
• Oversees stocking, rotation, cleanliness, and product displays; manages fragile and high-shrink items.
• Leads and develops teams through training, coaching, and feedback; ensures excellent customer service.
• Implements loss prevention controls, conducts investigations, and protects assets across stores.
• Partners with managers to communicate objectives and drive business initiatives.
