Walgreens Asset Protection Manager leads a multi‑unit program to safeguard assets, people, and profitability across a defined territory. This role directs loss prevention efforts, investigates internal incidents, and partners with store, district, and support center leadership to protect company assets.

The role demands strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to guide cross‑functional teams in retail and pharmacy operations while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in loss prevention/asset protection.
• 2+ years in loss prevention/asset protection, safety, and/or retail operations.
• Experience analyzing, evaluating, and presenting information to support teams.
• Experience with business, financial and/or data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsabilités

• Applies knowledge of laws related to team members and non-employees.
• Identifies and reports exposure to loss and develops measures to minimize risk.
• Coordinates with Store, District, APS, and external agencies to meet asset protection goals.
• Manages third-party guard force training, policy adherence, and scheduling.
• Communicates with APS, Pharmacy and Retail Ops to prevent profit loss.
