Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Field Investigator to lead investigations in a high-energy retail environment and mitigate shortage risk across assigned stores in the Dallas area.

The role collaborates with store and district AP teams, law enforcement, and business partners to ensure investigations are conducted ethically and effectively while building proactive loss-prevention measures.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of Retail Asset Protection experience.
• Strategic understanding of the retail loss prevention and security environment with a proven record of influencing change.
• Experience conducting internal investigation interviews and managing external apprehension programs with proven ability to resolve incidents.

Mansioni

• Direct and oversee all Asset Protection investigative processes in assigned locations.
• Collaborate with Burlington Investigations Center to react quickly to leads.
• Develop relationships with store and field leaders to ensure open communication.
• Execute team-based investigative deep dives to address theft trends.
• Coordinate with supply chain and third-party providers to resolve issues.
• Partner with law enforcement and investigations peers to mitigate theft and fraud.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Asset Protection, Shortage Control, Safety, Store Ops, HR, Legal, and Training.
• Conduct trend analysis of shortages and craft investigative findings for stakeholders.
• Reduce civil exposure by aligning behaviors with policy and values.
• Translate learning into applied actions and develop learning activities and assessments.
• Conduct training seminars for field leadership and investigators.
