Job summary

Sage Investment Group is seeking an assets-focused professional to own the financial and operational performance of a defined set of Washington State assets, working with Acquisitions and Construction teams to drive value. The role emphasizes portfolio execution, leasing, renovations, debt monitoring, and lender reporting, with annual base salary of $100,000–$125,000 and a 15–20% bonus.

You will visit properties and partner with on-site teams.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in real estate asset management or related fields.
• Ability to build a multifamily operating model from rent roll and P&L data.
• Strong Excel skills including DCF, IRR, and NPV concepts.
• Ability to present clear written recommendations to senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial and operational performance of Washington State assets.
• Monitor performance and variances against budget and underwriting.
• Coordinate with third-party property managers to meet leasing and expense targets.
• Support acquisitions with underwriting data and diligence.
• Develop and maintain cash flow models and asset valuations.
• Conduct market research on rent trends and pricing strategy.
