Job description

Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to join a well-established, lower-middle market real estate investment firm in Denver. With a decades-long record of success, this firm is known for its strategic acquisitions and hands-on approach to asset management.

This isn\'t your average asset management role; it\'s a chance to step into a high-impact position and take ownership of a significant portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for asset management, ready to dive deep into a diverse portfolio of 14 multifamily properties (3,100 units). You will be a key player, working closely with acquisitions and third-party property management to execute and refine business plans from day one.

What You\'ll Be Doing

This role is centered on proactive asset strategy and execution. You\'ll have direct oversight of your assigned portfolio, becoming an integral part of a lean, high-performance team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Oversight: Monitoring performance, reviewing financials, and managing budgets and capital expenditures.
  • Strategic Execution: Driving the business plan for each asset, identifying opportunities for value creation, and ensuring key performance indicators are met.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with acquisitions on due diligence and onboarding new properties, as well as collaborating with third-party property management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Investor Relations: Assisting with investor reporting, distributions, valuations, and financing efforts.

This is a path to senior leadership for the right individual—someone who thrives in a small, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to take on significant responsibility. If you\'re ready to be a key driver of success and grow with a firm that has a proven track record, we\'d love to hear from you.
