Job summary

CBRE in Miami is seeking an Investor Asset Management Sr Analyst to drive financial and operational performance for assigned assets. You will support the asset management team, liaise with owners and internal teams, and help optimize value across the portfolio.

The role requires a strong foundation in commercial real estate asset management, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Commercial Real Estate Asset Management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the asset management team with business planning, reporting and budgeting.
• Synthesize analyses into clear takeaways and recommendations.
• Assist in cash flow optimization, tenant management, and risk-reduction activities.
• Support asset repositioning projects to increase future value.
• Collaborate with CBRE departments to meet client expectations.
