Job summary

Kinross Gold Corporation seeks a Maintenance Manager to provide strategic oversight of all physical assets at the mine and mill site. You will implement asset management frameworks and maintenance strategies to maximize uptime, reliability, and value while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires leading asset management staff and coordinating with operations, engineering, and finance to prioritize investments and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading asset management at scale (min 5 years).
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle, maintenance strategies and risk-based decisions.
• Experience with safety and regulatory compliance in mining.

Responsibilities

• Execute short and long-term maintenance and asset management strategies.
• Oversee budget planning, procurement, and implementation of best practices to maximize uptime.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, finance to optimize asset investments.
• Direct condition monitoring, inspections, and predictive analytics for preventive maintenance.
• Analyze asset performance data and report asset health status.
