The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, build financial models, and perform economic analysis for capital projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Travel up to 25% may be required, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 5 years of refining experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Ability to develop and evaluate multiple approaches to profitability and risk/reward.

Responsibilities

• Understand competitive advantages/ disadvantages of assets and help set strategic direction.
• Originate and lead value creation opportunities aligned with strategic direction.
• Coordinate between asset strategy and priorities; participate in commercial strategic studies.
• Develop and support market and commercial strategies to improve netbacks and competitive position.
• Help develop dashboards with high quality data and analyze competitive metrics.
