Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing technical field
• Demonstrated leadership in a highly collaborative environment
• Strong communication and process discipline in maintenance
• Experience with asset care and planning and scheduling
• Knowledge of Maximo and maintenance data management
• Fundamental understanding of data analysis for problem solving

Responsibilities

• Lead asset care strategies for platform to meet budgets and reliability goals
• Own CMMS data accuracy and Maximo standards
• Develop and implement planning and scheduling processes
• Create quality PMs and job plans with detailed labor/materials/instructions
• Coordinate with production planners to optimize equipment and labor availability
• Mentor team on asset care processes and maintenance standards
