Job summary

General Mills, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner (Maintenance Asset Care Leader) to lead asset care strategies, maintenance planning and scheduling, and CMMS accuracy across the platform.

You will drive safety, reliability and cost tradeoffs while partnering with operations, engineering and quality teams. The role requires strong communication, rigorous process discipline and knowledge of maintenance crafts, equipment design and Maximo.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing technical field.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration.
• Experience driving results through process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of asset care strategies for the platform to deliver plant objectives.
• Owns Maximo data accuracy and standards across the team.
• Independently create high quality PMs and Job Plans with labor, materials, tools and instructions.
• Coordinate work scheduling to balance equipment, labor and priorities.
• Mentor and build capability in maintenance processes and standards.
