Job summary

General Mills seeks a Maintenance Asset Care Leader to drive asset care strategies, planning, and CMMS data accuracy across the plant. Lead MP&S, LMS and predictive maintenance alignment to site goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, design high-quality PMs and job plans, and balance equipment and labor needs to ensure reliability and safety. Strong technical knowledge and collaborative leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a manufacturing technical field with leadership experience.
• Experience with asset care strategies and data analysis for maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset care strategies for platform to meet budget and reliability targets.
• Own CMMS data accuracy and Maximo standards for the team.
• Develop high-quality PMs and job plans with detailed labor, materials and tools.
