Parker Hannifin is seeking an Area HR Manager to support North America Operations for the Motion Systems Group in Cleveland, OH. You will partner with senior leaders to deploy people strategies that drive performance, continuity, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years progressive HR experience including at least 7 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and HR analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of group HR strategy aligning priorities with KPIs.
• Serve as strategic HR advisor on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Establish group-wide HR governance for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Lead and develop divisional HR teams and succession planning.
• Oversee end-to-end HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle.
• Drive talent acquisition, performance management, and inclusion strategies.
• Lead compensation, job architecture, market pricing, and merit processes.
• Own HR analytics and continuous improvement initiatives.
