Job summary

LOUD Audio, LLC is seeking a Credit & Collections Manager to lead accounts receivable and partner with the Sales teams to keep customer accounts current. The role covers past due collections, dispute resolution, reconciliations, and accurate payment application, with a focus on maintaining positive customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel skills, AR/data analysis experience, and familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial Credit and Collections in a high-volume B2B environment.
• Ability to research disputes and negotiate with customers.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect past due balances via phone, email, and vendor portal.
• Research disputed items and ensure adjustments in ERP.
• Coordinate with Sales Administration to reduce invoice errors.
• Monitor AR aging and ensure proper application of payments.
• Review credit holds and work with customers to enable shipment.
• Work with external parties to obtain remittances at time of payment.
• Support ad hoc accounting projects and other tasks as needed.
