Job summary

Soni is seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Manager to lead a multi-site credit function supporting several business units. You will oversee Credit Managers and AR teams, manage key customer relationships, and drive collections performance to strengthen cash flow.

You will lead across multiple locations, oversee credit, collections, and lockbox operations, and collaborate with leadership on process improvements to enhance billing and payments for major B2B customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of credit and collections leadership experience.
• B2B credit and collections experience required.
• Experience managing teams in a multi-location environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in distribution, building materials, construction, or related industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of commercial collections and lien processes preferred.

Compensation: $120,000-140,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
