Markel is seeking a leader to advance the strategic focus of the Anaplan ecosystem. You will motivate diverse teams, assess risk, and manage resources to deliver solutions aligned with Markel’s objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the Anaplan roadmap and strategic outcomes.

The role emphasizes team leadership, data integrity across the Anaplan ecosystem, and ensuring secure, scalable solutions for our business needs.

• Anaplan knowledge and model builder experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage and develop a team and balance competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead COE activities and staff development with growth opportunities.
• Liaise with business leads and present key information to stakeholders clearly.
• Backlog management: prioritize enhancements based on objectives.
• Maintain and enhance upstream and downstream integrations for data integrity.
• Oversee production support and run-the-engine activities.
• Maintain and enhance a security framework and address risk.
