Job summary

Markel Corporation seeks a leader to advance the strategic focus of the Anaplan ecosystem across the organization. You will motivate diverse teams, assess risk, and manage resources to deliver Anaplan-centric solutions aligned with Markel’s business objectives.

You will drive the Anaplan roadmap with key stakeholders and guide the COE’s direction. You will manage the Anaplan Center of Excellence (COE), develop staff, prioritize work, and ensure data integrity across integrations while supporting

Qualifications

Anaplan technical knowledge and model builder experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage and develop a team and balance competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead COE activities for Anaplan, ensuring deadlines and quality.
Develop and manage staff with growth opportunities and clear performance goals.
Engage stakeholders, translate business needs into requirements for solutions.
Backlog management to prioritize enhancements aligned with objectives.
Maintain upstream/downstream integrations and data integrity within Anaplan.
Oversee production support and run the engine to keep Anaplan stable and secure.
