Markel Group is seeking a seasoned Anaplan leader to advance the strategic focus of the Anaplan ecosystem across our US operations. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive the roadmap, and ensure data integrity and scalable solutions that align to business objectives.

This role emphasizes team development, stakeholder communication, backlog prioritization, and risk management while keeping the Anaplan engine running smoothly and securely across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Anaplan technical knowledge and model builder experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage and develop a team and balance competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Team leadership: Plan and direct COE activities and staffing.
• Stakeholder engagement: Translate business needs into usable requirements.
• Backlog management: Prioritize the enhancement backlog.
• Integrations and data integrity: Maintain upstream/downstream integrations.
• Production support: Oversee day-to-day operations of Anaplan engine.
• Security and risk: Maintain security framework and mitigate risks.
