Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 3 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability and competitive success.
• Ownership mindset with potential P&L accountability for a business segment and 1–6 month strategic planning horizon.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts; coaching and mentoring across the organization.
• Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies; lead product-level modeling/analytics.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and inform new customer experiences and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive credit risk improvements by linking drivers of future trends to historical data and testing hypotheses.
