The Strategic Analytics Manager will drive data-informed decision-making within our Business Intelligence and Analytics organization. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Analytics, will transform product and operations data into actionable insights that directly impact business performance. This role requires a solid foundation in data analysis, strong technical skills, experience in stakeholder management, and the ability to translate data into clear, impactful business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify key performance trends, opportunities, and risks through sophisticated analysis of product performance and operational efficiency metrics.
• Deliver compelling, data-driven recommendations that influence product strategy and operational improvements.
• Responsible for the following deliverables, supporting strategic business objectives related to product and operations.
• Serve on a team of 2-3 analysts, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
• Partner with the Director of Strategic Analytics to shape and execute the analytics roadmap for product and operations initiatives.
• Design and implement intuitive dashboards and reporting systems that effectively communicate business performance against strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop analytical solutions that address core needs.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Enhance existing analytical models and tools to improve accuracy and business relevance.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across analytical outputs.
• Advance the organization's analytics capabilities by researching and implementing industry best practices and emerging methodologies.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• In-depth knowledge of data analysis methodologies, statistical techniques, and data visualization principles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product development processes and operational workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to lead analytical teams and develop talent
• Strong business acumen with the capacity to connect data insights to strategic business objectives.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Outstanding communication abilities, particularly in translating technical findings for diverse audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles
• At least 2 years of experience leading analytics teams or mentoring junior analysts
• Demonstrated expertise with SQL, Python, and modern data visualization tools
• Proven track record of delivering impactful, data-driven business recommendations
• Experience working with large, complex datasets in enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in analytics, data science, statistics, business administration, or related field
• Experience specifically analyzing product performance metrics and operational efficiency data
• Knowledge of advanced statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and predictive analytics
• Experience in telecom, technology or similar fast-paced business environment
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks
• Certifications in relevant analytics tools or methodologies

Physical Requirements:

Salary and Benefits:

At Aventiv, our salary and benefits are designed to fit you as a whole person. We offer a salary range based on experience and qualifications to ensure your unique contributions are met with our most competitive offer.

• $102,555 - $116,913
• Eligible for $255 to purchase company equipment (keyboard, monitor, headset, etc.)
