Job summary

Seaboard Solutions seeks a Sr. Business Analyst to lead the evaluation, design, development and implementation of standardized reporting, business processes and information systems solutions.

This role manages project lifecycles from inception to completion and partners with senior management to track performance across projects and categories. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain business strategies and dashboards, act as a strategic thought partner, and monitor trends to drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Experience leading projects and cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of a project's life cycle from definition to rollout across the organization.
• Serve as SME and perform research/analysis within assigned projects or category of business.
• Establish and report on metrics of assigned projects or categories to gauge business value.
