Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization across clinical areas.
• Design and execute data-driven analyses to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality of care, and program performance.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and business cases for senior management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, including leadership, clinical operations, and finance teams.
• Identify strategic gaps and drive proposals for improvements.
• Develop quantifiable impact models and monitor effectiveness of initiatives.
• Mentor junior analytical staff on problem-solving approaches and frameworks.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations distilling data into strategic narratives.
