Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8+ years of analytic, finance or accounting experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Fundamental knowledge of customer measurement and general finance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Merchandising, Pricing & Promotions, and 84.51 for category reviews.
• Provide strategic analytical leadership to Our Brand managers and senior leaders.
• Lead troubleshooting with OB Acceleration managers to resolve roadblocks.
• Oversee analytic tracking for OB’s department and coach analysts.
• Design and implement analytic processes and tools for base and deep dives.
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance to commitments.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews.
